SurveySchedule
The Survey Schedule dashboard shows a list of equipment tracked in the database along with two pairs of columns with the survey date and survey ID for each machine from the previous year and for the current year.
The machine description links to the detail page for that machine.
If a survey report was uploaded for a survey, clicking the file icon next to the survey ID will open or download a PDF of the survey report.
