Welcome to the echo_lab_assistant wiki!

The goal of this repo is to create a set of Amazon Echo skills that we can deploy using Lambda that can be sued to streamline the integration of data from various lab instruments into a Deriva deployment.

Are starting point will be for GPCR SDS-Page data which is generated by via gel electrophoresis. SDS-Page data needs to be associated with an experiment entity in the GPCR data catalog. Actual measurement data is a jpg. For each data, we have a set of metadata that will describe the acquisition and the actual data itself. The data file must be transferred to Hatrac, while an entry that has acquisition metadata and the URL for the JPG file needs to be put into ERMRest, with a reference to the experiment that the data is associated with.

We should assume that there is an appropriately configured IOBox that will see the data file.
