Metadata Update

• Update Google libphonenumber metadata from v9.0.34 to v9.0.35.
• Regenerate main phone-number, short-number, carrier, and timezone metadata.
• Confirm testing metadata and checked-in geocoding databases remain unchanged after regeneration.
• Bump project and podspec versions to 1.7.5.

Validation

• Metadata freshness, upstream source drift, upstream test parity, and API parity checks passed.
• SwiftPM tests passed in default and Korean locales.
• Release build passed.
• All 13 CocoaPods podspecs passed lint and were published successfully.
• Xcode schemes libPhoneNumber, libPhoneNumberGeocoding, and libPhoneNumberShortNumber passed on an iPhone 17 simulator.
• GitHub Actions CI run 29562566168 completed successfully.
