Hi, I'm Jair 👋

2× founder. CTO & Co-founder at TherapyFlow. Board member at Godat — clinical software I founded in 2016, still operating profitably and serving Allianz, Mapfre, and Sanitas in Colombia.

At TherapyFlow we're building an AI clinical agent that gives psychologists their evenings back. Sessions in. Compliant clinical notes out. No typing.

What I'm building right now

  • 🎙️ Native audio capture — Tauri + Rust, low-latency WebSocket streaming.
  • 🧠 Agentic clinical layer — Claude + GPT-4o orchestrated for note generation, speaker diarization (self-hosted SpeechBrain ECAPA-TDNN), and a clinical Progress Agent that tracks patient evolution across sessions.
  • 📞 Voice-first patient intake — Vapi + ElevenLabs + TinyFish for agentic web automation. Sally answers the phone, books the session, hands off to the therapist.

RIPS processing infrastructure (Colombian healthcare claims standard) at production scale, millions of records. The company is still operating profitably with the team I built.
