RACCER

RACCER is an algorithm for generating counterfactual explanations for explaining reinforcement learning (RL) models. RACCER takes into account the sequential and stochastic nature of RL environments and generates counterfactuals that are easy to obtain and deliver the desired outcome with high certainty.
