since june 2024, hyprlctl natively supports active keybinding listing, this script is quite useful but relying on a static config file path and basic
binddeclarations leads to incomplete results.the new implementation parses hyprclt binds output to properly list all available bindings, in addition it reverses the modmap value to actual modifiers string and handles new binding description field, generating an exhaustive binding list in proper rofi format.
the overall logic remains the same as before
