U15 prestige

Closes #155

• Adds new rounds to the WA categories - 40m compound, 40m recurve, 30m barebow
• Updates prestige for Under 15 age categories to allow these rounds as prestige following WA rules
• Also updates Under 14 barebow to allow 30m and 40m rounds
• Bugfix to allow all compounds to use metric 122 80 as a prestige round for completeness
• Regression snapshot updated and checked for correctness
