Documentation-only update and default selection change for the audio method

See issue discussion; the default option is known to cause stutter and does so in a non-intuitive manner compared to other applications.

I'm not sure that changing this one JSON file actually changes the defaults. Please feel free to offer suggestions or feedback or otherwise modify it.

Conversation: Github diff doesn't show very well within that long json line. This is the documentation clarification I made. Very possible I'm changing the intent of the default choice, and this is likely to be the most controversial documentation change.

Old: How the player synchronizes audio and video.
-If you use this option, you usually want to set it to display-resample to enable a timing mode that tries to not skip or repeat frames when for example playing 24fps video on a 24Hz screen.-
New: How the player synchronizes audio and video.
The default option of Resample is a timing mode that resamples (and possibly distorts) audio and tries to not skip or repeat frames or show noticeable stutter.
