This adds an index to all hashtags in the Latex export.
It also removes some very common utf8 quote characters latex complains about.

PS: Sorry for all the confusion. I don't know exactly what went wrong but now it is fixed. I think I fixed everything you commented on in the other pull request.

after you first built the PDF file. After this you need to build the PDF
again.

Let's just write the following instead:

Use the following commands to include an index of tags in the PDF: 
```
pdflatex your-rednotebook-export.tex
makeindex your-rednotebook-export
pdflatex your-rednotebook-export.tex
```

Sorry to be picky: Sentences should end with a full stop "."
