This does not seem to have anything to do specifically with Pipeline. I'd also be surprised if this worked in a Jenkinsfile without whitelisting. What is the goal here? |

added pipeline script for Hangouts Chat.
This will enable the sending of messages from build pipeline to a Hangouts chat via the webhook.
