Fixes #10230

  • Port ResponseTest from ee11 to ee10, adapting for Servlet 6.0 API
  • Simplify redirect test since ee10 lacks Servlet 6.1's sendRedirect overloads
  • Add missing testAddCookieAfterCommit to SetCookieTest to match ee11
