Added a glossary page to the operations guide with definitions for common Jetty terms like Bean, ContextHandler, Handler, Module,
$JETTY_HOME,$JETTY_BASE,etc.The glossary is linked at the end of the operations guide navigation and includes cross-references to the relevant documentation sections.
