ecsc v0.1.1

This swift update to v0.1.0 adds support for reference equality and null literals. (How could I leave those out in the first place?)

ecsc v0.1.0

This is the first (pre-)release of ecsc. Although ecsc is far from feature-complete, it can now be used to compile small projects (especially if they were designed with ecsc in mind in the first place).

A compiled version may also be useful for enthusiasts who want to give ecsc a try, but don't have the time to clone the repository and build the compiler.
