The color picker and it's very old grunt dependencies are responsible for the majority of the dependabot alerts in this repo. This uses claude code to migrate it away to vanilla es6.
I've tested this as best I can locally and the AI migration seems to work but would appreciate a second pair of eyes @dgrammatiko (yes I considered using the browser native color picker - but we only want to allow the gitlab valid label colors here - so it's not really appropriate
