My First Dash WebApp

Introduction

This is my first attempt to build a simple web app using Plotly and Dash
I am also using it to learn to create a clean project folder using
- pyenv to create a python environment
- pipenv to ensure dependencies are known
- git to keep track of versions
- github to ensure repository is remote and
