3.28 MB became 3.35 MB when the Services provider and the Shortcuts action shipped, the SwiftPM line still pinned 0.17.0, and the engine plus app total moved to 489 when the reduce-motion suite landed. The download size is quoted in three places in the README and the SwiftPM version in one, which is the line a package consumer copies.
