Tooltips that no longer clip their own text, a header that sheds controls instead of running off the right edge, a rail that gives up palette columns before it hides the loaded colours, every continuous value in the options panel drawn by the app rather than by AppKit — and a transparent colour that finally takes paint away in every tool instead of twelve of thirteen doing nothing silently. Build 19 rather than 18: 18 is what 0.19.0 carries, and Apple refuses a number it has already seen.
