Rekord is a practical tool for schools that need to produce many SF10 forms quickly and consistently. Instead of manually filling each PDF one by one, you can prepare your class data once in an Excel file, export to CSV, upload it, and let Rekord generate a ready-to-print output for the entire section.
It is designed to reduce repetitive clerical work, minimize encoding mistakes, and make reporting periods less stressful for teachers alike.
Note
Development for grade levels other than Grade 4 is currently on hold. Following DepEd's transition to a trimestral system, a new SF10 layout is expected for the upcoming school year. I will update this project once the new layout is released and I have the time to work on it. :)
