I perhaps suspect you meant to target https://github.com/NOTHELLPLAYZ/Minecraft-logo-and-photos- instead, which has no content... so would also not be accepted for a JS.org subdomain (nor does some photos of Minecraft seem to align to our criteria of being directly related to the JS ecosystem/community).

@NOTHELLPLAYZ besides what Matt mentioned I see a problem regarding the content. To me it sounds like your page targets the minecraft community and not the JS community. The typical user wouldn't see a line of JS I would guess. If that is the case I have to tell you that due to the high number of requests we no longer hand out subdomains for personal blogs or pages without a distinct connection to JavaScript.
But there are a variety of similar services that may fit better.
