Why are you requesting the subdomain as your name still then? It seems to me like you're just requesting the subdomain for some random content so that you can then switch it back to being your personal site...

I have planned to add my all apis,npm docs there. so i added my name in it.

That sounds like a personal site then, which we will not approve. You may request a subdomain for a specific JavaScript project if you so desire, but not a personal site that showcases all your projects.
