Fixed the cards layout and background logo image

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This PR improves the header image, color and its responsiveness. Fixed the card layout and introduces shadows for better differentiation.

Summary

The background logo image is made responsive, changed the bg color to the classic gradient scheme. Improved the card with shadows better whitespace usage.
