Can we remove some older versions? https://istio.io/latest/docs/releases/supported-releases/
Update istio library to include latest versions of 1.28 and 1.27. Also [removed older unsupported versions](https://istio.io/latest/docs/releases/supported-releases/#support-status-of-istio-releases).
