💬 Hi! My name is Kaylin :)

I am a senior studying computer science at Boston University, set to graduate in May 2026! I use she/her pronouns.

💡 Interests & Experience

I am interested in software/full-stack development/product management in the public interest/civic tech sector, and have experience in:

Full-Stack & Public Interest Work

  • Developing a full-stack public records database with the ACLU of Massachussets using:
    • ReactJS
    • SQLite FTS5 + BM25 search
    • Node.js/Express backend APIs

Project Management

  • 100-page data report for local affordable housing lottery organization to make improvements to the application process; used Pandas and ArcGIS
  • Multi-repo debug and upgrade process of an open-source biodiversity platform (Symbiota)
  • Design (Figma) and development (NextJS) of a microcredentialing and microlearning platform, Checkd, for hands-on skills
