Adds Starknet Limbo to the Gaming Applications table
Provably fair betting game on Starknet with off-chain randomness generation and on-chain fund settlement. Features instant results (<3s), cryptographic verification, custodial wallet system with deterministic address computation, and secure account abstraction using OpenZeppelin implementation.
