Dependabot does not support hatch, but does support pyproject.toml. So Dependabot should work for most of the dependencies, i.e. the ones visible in the Dependency Graph. So defusedxml, typer, and the used GitHub Actions.
The dependencies that are missing from the graph are the ones in tool.hatch.envs.default and tool.hatch.envs.types, i.e. mypy, pytest, coverage[toml].
