Added the
<kr:ReportingUnitInvestigations>element tokiesraad_eml_extensionsto make the bindings compatible with EML_NL v1.2.2.This element is optional, and thus these bindings remain reverse-compatible with previous EML files. Test cases have been updated to more recent EML_NL files.
