tootctl accounts lookup_by_email: パラメータにメールアドレスを入力すると、username（SNS上でアカウントへメンションする時やアカウントページのURLに使われるやつ）を調べることができるtootctl accounts lookup_by_username: パラメータにusernameを入力すると、ログインするためのメールアドレスを調べることができる確かにどちらもモデレーター向けのアカウント画面からGUI上で検索することはできるけども、
開発環境に登録したアカウントを一発で調べるためにも、あったほうがいい（開発環境は重い）
