Description
This PR adds support for llm.txt generation and llm-full.txt generation. I set it up to run on
predevandprebuild, and it also allows us to mirror thecontentdirectory in thepublicdirectory so that we expose raw Markdown files for LLM ingestion. I figured we could use the docs as a discussion point, and then I can implement something similar for the marketing site.
