Description
Adds a sidebar section to developer tools for links to llms.txt stuff and mimics 'ContentActions' component on Stripe's docs that copies/opens MD source files for easier llm ingestion. Added that in Breadcrumbs component, and we're hiding it around the same breakpoint where we hide the 'on this page' nav:
