Fix broken links of SIG AI gateway README.md

On this website https://www.kubernetes.dev/community/community-groups/ in SIG AI Gateway
The link mention was broken which was directing towards https://www.kubernetes.dev/, so I replaced with calendar, meeting recordings, meeting notes and agenda, Zoom and this URL found through various online resources and websites.
