This seed is needed for using in frontend, as we need harcoded data, instead for faker generated.
As you changed it on previous commit, this time I put it in a subfolder, where it can live without impact on the api project.
We could setup something different, totally isolated from the api project, but I think it's nice for it to belong here, for the sake of sync between the two projects, as their both from the same company :)
