I am based in New York, where I work as a consultant and serve as adjunct faculty at Columbia University, NYU, and the University of Johannesburg. My work spans applied research, policy analysis, tech regulation, and teaching, with a broad focus on understanding how institutions shape economic outcomes and welfare.
