- Hotplug STT and TTS models based on audio input/output enabled state
- Dynamically attach/detach event handlers and prewarm only when enabled
- Add tracking of current and target audio enable state for both input/output
- Update AgentSession and IO classes to propagate audio enabled changes
- Add tests covering toggling and event handler lifecycles
