remove section mentioning the CLIs host mode

Motivation

With localstack/localstack#13398, we are deprecating the host mode in the CLI to prepare for an upcoming extraction of the CLI from the runtime code.
This PR updates the docs such that they do not refer to the host mode anymore.

Changes

• Removes a section on how to use custom TLS certificates with host mode (the only reference to the host mode).

I did notice the build failing, but I do not have access to the logs. Happy to adjust any links that might break due to my change if you provide me access to the logs or a hint towards the broken links. 😄

@alexrashed 2 days ago was the cloudflare outage which affected our docs ci. Retrying the checks should fix it hopefully 🤞🏼 (at least that resolved my issue the other day). Retried the checks and doesn't seem to fix it 😅
