Spec MCP-TEST-PLAN §2.A A13 (amended 2026-08-28): drive AppContextMenu through the delegate TapHandler's openFor() path via menu-scoped inspector evaluate, with appData snapshotted from the outer apps model. Installed row (fixture A): open/details/uninstall visible, uninstall enabled, install hidden. Catalog-only row: install alone visible (logged skip if no not-installed row exists). Item state is read through the opened menu's own count/itemAt keyed by objectName — a tree-wide objectName find could land on another delegate's unopened menu, where install is visible by default. Each half closes the menu and asserts it hidden.

Add UI test A13 to tests/ui-tests.mjs: the app context menu offers actions matching the install state.
