Updates the project to Next.js 15.

  • Replace useFormState with useActionState.
  • Await headers() and cookies().
  • Update next.config.mjs to next.config.ts.
  • Replace experimental.serverComponentsExternalPackages with serverExternalPackages.
  • Enable turbopack for dev.
  • Improve README.md setup instructions.

@jasongerbes Shouldn't cookies in middleware.ts be awaited as well?
