Adds a testing guide linked from the main README. It covers running one file or test, including doctests, where regressions belong, the version-specific collection hook, and generating a coverage report.
This addresses the guide portion of #390. The broader test-docstring work in that issue is left open.
Checked the commands in a fresh Python 3.14.6 environment: all 672 tests and doctests pass, including the coverage run. The file, single-test, name-filtered, and module-doctest examples also pass. No runtime code or test behavior changes.
