Many thanks for this pull request and your interest in this project.
Unfortuntely, even if this pull request contains very good things, I cannot merge it "as is" because it is a very huge pull request with too many commits. And the title does not reflect the pull request content.

That's why I suggest you to do this:

• One pull request per feature
• Be clear in pull request description eg:
  • pulse2-setup enhancement
  • multicast feature
  • WebUI improvement
  • clean of useless files
  • etc
  • etc

Have a look at previous merged pull requests.
