we need to address and check that points are resolved prior to merge into master

• the MCL should be build and passed as artefact or from cache at all jobs Linux debug mode tests \ Linux release mode tests \ Windows tests
• Nightly test from columnar should be moved into main repo (Nightly no AVX2 tests)
• check how MCL packaging will work from the main repo and make sure it will not build MCL package on every commit into main repo
