Use TryParse to handle cases where internalId is not included in the return message (e.g. in case of uploading weight_scale message).
Change the proxy URL in accordance with the changes made by Garmin. Fix ticket validation as the new API returns OK status code.
- Fix Cloudflare refusing connection (error 1020) on linux by elevating http protocol to version 2.0 via setting DefaultRequestVersion. This option is only available on a higher .net version (3.0). - Fix empty csrfToken for data value.
