Summary

  • Tighten .agents/services/email/email-providers.md from 133 → 126 lines (5% reduction)
  • Regression fix: file was previously simplified but drifted back

Changes

  • Use GWS/M365 abbreviations consistently across tables (standard industry shorthand)
  • Compress privacy rating characteristics prose (remove filler words)
  • Tighten protocol support and auth method table notes
  • Merge two folder mapping bullet notes into one paragraph
  • Collapse shared mailbox provider support list from 7 bullets into 1 dense paragraph (biggest saving)
  • Minor: "free tier" → "free", "Key Characteristics" → "Characteristics"

All institutional knowledge preserved:

  • All 19 providers listed
  • All protocol ports (993, 465, 587, 995)
