No, i can't, because of the extra Cyrus parameter (partition).
The goal of this commit is to make the IMAP CREATE command compatible with Cyrus.

ok thanks, it just looks weird to have this line commented.
Don't you prefer to either remove it at all or tell in a comment why you did that ?

Will maintainers merge this pr? (Out team very needs admin user)
Plus we need commands to configure admin users from command line.
I can repeat admin part code into new pr.
