Version v1.6.0 Release

Version 1.6.0 is the first release of the 1.6.x series. Besides maintenance work and dependency updates there are a few new functionalities brought in by this release. These allow to modify security settings in GeoServer via REST-API:

• Add 'getAllRoles', 'createRole' and 'deleteRole'
• Add functions to handle 'data access rules'
