A first-pass quickstart notebook for the virtual cell platform. Demos 5x reconstruction with an optimization loop.

Notes:

  • See the associated colab notebook
  • Note that the notebook/colab depends on the variable-recon branch. We'll need to update the notebook's dependency before we delete this branch.
