Because this section is linked from the External Database Connector doc, can we add the brief description of what this feature is? For example, to use the wording in the other doc, "The External Database Connector uses a different approach to connect to databases during design time. This functionality enhances consistency between design time and runtime environments." Then below this, add the bullets?
