This PR introduces two changes essential for day to day work within the repository
Development
Right now it will be possible to run plugins directly from apps/backend folder yarn dev <- Will run only backend yarn dev plugin1 plugin2 <- Will run backend with selected plugins separated by space
Building/Debugging
From root directory you can run yarn clean-build which will remove all temporary files, cache, yarn cache and rebuild app from scratch for development
