Add initial support for Heltec Meshpocket.

Currently working:

  • LORA and Bluetooth radios
  • eInk screen displays things (see not working)
  • Battery indicator outputs a number

Not working:

  • eInk updates are slow to the point of causing retries on DM's
  • eInk has ghosting issues after sitting on a screen for a few hours
  • The 10k and 5k variants of the battery have different discharge curves. This is known, but the firmware doesn't currently try to compensate for it.

You might want to get in touch with the rep who has joined the Discord discussions. Heltec may be working on a MeshCore firmware for the Meshpocket. Not sure if they want to collab, but it might be worth reaching out.

If Heltec is working on a MeshCore firmware, that would be the best bet. Tbh, this firmware is a "let's get something working" attempt, the radios have been working perfectly so far, and the battery seems like it should last a few months before charging, but I have been running into severe ghosting/image corruption issues with the screen, and the border updates are still funny. Nothing that seems permanent once the refresh sequences are correct, but in the current state, this firmware is pretty much just a proof of concept.

Is there any way I can get hold of a compiled version of this firmware?
I've compiled it, and I'm having the same issues with no TX that I was having with the version I ported over from MT myself.
I wonder if there's something weird with my build environment.
