Redesign samples

This PR makes the following changes:

• README.md
  • Preview: https://github.com/mikehoffms/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/blob/user/mikehoffms/redesign-samples/README.md
  • Before/live: https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/blob/main/README.md
  • In Samples section:
    • New name of sample.
    • New dir of sample.
    • New title of article.
    • New url of article.
  • Copyedited.
    • Bolded the repo name mid-sentence.
    • Promoted h3s to h2s.
• /Extension-samples/ directory
  • Changed the high-level dir name from "/Extension samples/" to "/Extension-samples/".
• /picture-viewer-popup-webpage/ dir
  • Planned/live: https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/tree/main/Extension-samples/picture-viewer-popup-webpage
  • Changed repo dir name from /extension-getting-started-part1/.
    • Removed intermediate dir.
  • Changed name of sample from "NASA picture of the day pop-up" to "Picture viewer pop-up webpage".
  • Got rid of "part 1" wording.
  • Renamed pngs from eg nasapod16x16.png to extension-icon16x16.png.

  • Changed repo dir name from /extension-getting-started-part2/.
    • Removed intermediate dir.
  • Changed from jQuery to document..
    • Removed /lib/ dir & its jquery.min.js file.
  • Replaced guidGenerator function & Math.random calls with a single call of crypto.randomUUID().
  • Got rid of "part 2" wording.
  • Changed name of sample from "NASA picture of the day [viewer]" to " Picture inserter using content script".
  • Renamed pngs from eg nasapod16x16.png to extension-icon16x16.png.
• Sample extensions empty file
  • Deleted empty file named "Sample extensions" at root dir: https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/tree/main
• test empty file
  • Deleted empty file named "test" in old dir https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/tree/main/Extension%20samples
  • New dir without that file: https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftEdge-Extensions/tree/main/Extension-samples

Retested samples after all changes.

@mikehoffms I would suggest to use document.head and document.body instead of the document.querySelector equivalent.
