Small Updates to Project Query Sample Documentation
Updated README.md to include new customization options and examples for user prompts. Introduced AdvancedConfigurationCommand.cs to demonstrate the new prompt features.
Removed two entries from the Choices collection in the AdvancedConfigurationCommand class to streamline the configuration options presented to the user.
