I've signed the CLA. I see that the Nix and Rust builds are failing, but I assume this is unrelated to my changes since I only added YAML templates in Also, regarding the Changelog Fragment failure: do I need to add a specific fragment file for this, or can this be skipped since it's a |

I have added issue templates for Bugs, Features, and Documentation to streamline the issue reporting process, as requested in #580.
I have added the following templates in
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/:bug_report.yml: Structured form for reporting bugs with fields for reproduction steps, logs, and environment details.feature_request.yml: Form for proposing new ideas, focusing on the problem statement and proposed solution.documentation.yml: A simple form for reporting missing or incorrect docs.config.yml: Disables blank issues and directs general questions to GitHub Discussions.
